Just hope you didn't waste your money on ghey euro lights

 

my 97 intrepid was looking bad, i just used some rubbing compound it , cleared up real nice. I probably do it 3 or 4 times a year

 

I just did this to my ram a week or so ago but I dont thinkI spent enough time on each headlight asI should have! But it still made them look over 100% better!

 

I have usedthe CV Headlight Restorer brand (twice in the last week) from Advance and it works great. Twenty dollars so not to bad. They claim it is permenant but we will see. Lot less work than my normal proceedure with the rubbing and polishing compounds. Getting ready to do my Ram instead of buying new ones.

 

I have some turtlewac polishing compound lyin around. If I go get some 1000,1500,2500 grit sand paper, is that about the same contents of the kit, or is there a special chemical or some kind of rag that's in the kit that makes things work?

 

that does look much better...i have some slight discoloration on one of the stratus headlight lenses...

 

I just took the hit and went onto ebay and bought new headlights. $200, sucked, but I won't have to think about it again.

 

I tryed a kit... didn't work yellowed on the inside and crack all the $hit... so i bought new!
