i get everything but two things, in the diagram it says connect something to the ignition switch but the wires the sixdeuce has laying on the flooe he has a fuse, im comfused do i connect the fuse or the ignition switch?

You put a fuse in the line so if somehow the fans short out you don't wipe out multiple systems or start an electrical fire.

Best place to put the fuse IMO is a close to the positive side of the battery as you can, that way if you have multiple fans, a controller, etc., it disables the system if anything goes south.
