lubricating sliding window

Default lubricating sliding window

the sliding rear window in my truck slides hard. what would be best to lubricate that. thanks.

You don't. It rides on the material. You need to replace the material in the window channel.

aw crap mine does that lol. i need the latch cause my drunk buddies in the back didn't know how to operate it correctly. bastards.

Could always use a small amount of wd-40. May not be the greatest fix but it'll at least help a little bit.

How about checking local aftermarket suppliers? What makes you think this is a dealer only item?
