Hopefully someone out there can help. I have a 97 3500 diesel I got as a basket case. I need some help on one wire pigtail.

There is a thickharness on the front of the engine, below the top rad hose, between the oil filler and the injection pump. The harness goes across the front of the vehicle. It has a Y and one arm goes toward the back of the engine. The other arm goes down to the driver side. At this point there is asmall pigtail about 12" long withtwo connectors.

The middle connector is a three pin with these color wires
Pur / Wt
Or / Bk
Bk / Bu

The end connector has two pins with these colors
Tan
Tan / Yl

Any idea what thse are for and what they hook to.

The end one appears to have been hooked up (clean connector) the middle one appears to have been un-used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't find anyone with another 97 around here...
