Since your not the original owner, I'd say take i to a body shop and see if the frame needs to be straightened out. If you leave everything a little out of whack, the truck is going to ride out of whack. Not to mention your tires will always wear funny.
Don't worry about it. They all dog track a bit.
Mine is off about 2 inches to theLeft for 10 years because of the lift. No abnormal tire wear or handling.
Get a good 4 wheel alignment or 2 wheel thrust angle alignment and you should be good to go.
Go to a proper truck alignment shop not just a regular shop that also does alignments. You have a better chance of getting an experienced tech who will do a better job.
