Does your truck have any type of suspension lift?
With this style of front suspension the tracbar shifts the front wheels from side to side as the suspension relaxes and then compresses.
It's annoying but normal on these trucks for the front wheels to be slightly off to one side or the other. The only 'fix' is to install an aftermarket adjustable trac bar.

no stock factory suspention and i just changed the trac bar and all the tie rod ends everything is new but the its still shifted over, so the only thing i can do is to buy an aftermarket adjustable track bar?? or there is something else i can do??
Not that I know of.
Replacing the front springs should shift the wheels closer to the Left but as they sag they will shift back to the Right.
An adjustable trac bar is the best solution.
