That's exactly the problem, the 96-97 info says to cut pin 2 off the fog lamp relay, but my underhood fuse box has no fog lamp relay and no spot for one either.

Not to sound like an *** but your best bet is probably going to be the schematics and remove that wire from the back of the switch. I will try to locate for you.

Ok I cant locate the info that I want. Here is what you do. This will only work if your setup is how I described in earlier reply. You will need a multimeter. Remove the headlamp switch from dash, leave hooked up. Turn on your running lights and foglamps. Take the multimeter lead (black) and attach to a good ground. Take the red and find all the wires on the headlamp switch that have power. Now flicker your high beams and find which wire LOSES voltage. There may be a couple. Remove one at a time and try the highbeams. You know you have found it when the fogs stay on. I want to say the wire you are looking for is a solid green or blue. Once you fine it make sure to cap and stow. Or do the most annoying thing to me possible and use electrical tape.

****, you guys make it so difficult! I just cut the positive fog lamp wire and ran it into the head lights.

But this was after I broke the pull switch inside the cab trying to do it the "right" way!
