Default Fog Lights

I have searched but cannot find any information on the fog light mod (fogs on with high beams) for my 1995 ram. All the information is for 1996 and up trucks. Has anyone done this on a 1995, and if so, how did you do it?

I had a 96 that I installed the complete factory fog lamp kit. There is a wire on the back of the main headlamp switch that you can remove. This wire carries the signal to deactivate. Sorry I dont remember what color but a simple wire schematic should do the trick. This is only for the style where the fog switch is seperate of the headlamp switch. Located on the right side of the console.

Scottr1110 - i just checked my fuse box again and I have no fog light relay, it is not shown on the diagram under the lid.

greenmachine - i'll take a look at the wiring and see what I can figure out.

Thanks

Sorry greenmachine, according to my buildsheet I have factory installed foglights, and they work fine with low beams on.
Unless the relay is hidden somewhere else on my truck, it does not exist. I have a fog light fuse in the fusebox, but no relay.
Thanks for the ideas.

Are you saying you want them to work with the highbeams or what are you trying to do here? You have to do a mod to make them come on with the high beams they don't nomrally come on.

Yes, i'm trying to do the mod to keep the fogs on when the high beams are on, but none of the information i've found applies to my 1995.

Oh okay I get what you are trying to do now. I had forgotten what the original post said as I read it earlier then just came back and read the last few posts. Sorry I can't be of more help here.
