LOL
tire = fix.
transmission ? hmmm
lift, gears, paint, etc. hmmm. no offense intended, but i just hate to see people get in a position where something changes in their life (baby, wife, moving, etc) and they need money, and i see sale ads like... truck for sale, over $15k invested, sacrifice for $6k... or worse, the truck gets in a wreck, gets totaled out, and insurance only pays $3-4k.
I have been looking on Craigslist and I see MANY ads like that. If I had the $12k now, I cold get something damn near new and loaded... I see tons of ads saying its listed several thousands below KBB.

So, I have almost $6K invested and I bet my truck wouldn't sell now for more than $5000.
What a loss... we could have used that $$ for many other usefull things. Live and learn...
