Default WTF! No idea what happened???

My buddy was driving histruck to work. He drives a 95ram 5.9 360automatic with 130,000 miles on it. As he was pulling into his parking spot, he threw it in park and the car just shut off on its own. When he keys on, he gets no fuel pump, no crank, no radio, and none of the relays are clicking. Checked all fuses, and with key on, multiple fuses are not getting power, but they are not blown. His headlights, fog lights, windows and interior lights allstill work. My guess is a PCM failure, or Bad SJB???? No idea. Any help would be great.

Gauge does not read anything. No power at all. Only power that the truck has in the windows, head lights, fog lights, rear lights, and windows....nothing else. Truck just died once he put it in park, and didnt start back up, no crank, nothing.
