96 cummis throttle stuck
throttle will not return on its own....
i disconnected all the cables to it...and it still will not return...
removed the braket.... cleaned it.... seemed to return with out it fine...
reinstalled...same problem any help?

Is yours a 12v Cummins?
There was a recall to replace the throttle cable and linkages for seizing and breaking.
I did lots of them at the dealer I'm pretty sure 96 was included. Call a local dealer.
