I’ve been having some trouble with my engine and have decided to do something about it. I’m looking at replacing the push rods, springs, and rockers (maybe valves) or replacing the whole engine with a crate motor. I was wondering which option might be the best for the money and the easiest with my mechanical skills being moderate.

Even with gas being outrageous I just can’t see sending the truck to the junkyard.
