It's my brothers razor, it's one of those nice ones, doesnt do too bad. But I drove it down the highway and she still drones big time. It has a little less interior resonance, but nothing notable. I'm still wanting to go with the 50 series at this point, but it cost a lot of money, so it's going to be awhile. I was shocked to find out how expensive it was. But I really do like the new set-up. Looks mean, it's clean, and the truck looks a little more put together now, I really am happy I went with it.

I didn't think the 50 series were that much. Aren't they only like $80 or something or am I thinking of something else?

Summit has them priced $100-$200, depending on inlet/outlet sizes and which variant (delta flow or big block or SUV or etc.).

Interesting prices on the exhaust. I bought a cat back system off ebay with a magnaflow muffler, stainless tips, for 250 off ebay, which included shipping. put it on myself.

I still think I'm going to change the muffler out though, it's just too loud. Feels like it's gotten really loud, louder than ever, just always droning.
Did you check to make sure there isn't a crack or ahole anywhere Maybe a bad weldthat's cracked over time?

Thats a good point Cereal. Check the y-pipe, if I recall correctly, you used the cheap one that came with your long tubes. I've heard that, even though the ceramic coated long tubes are great, that the cheap y-pipe they come with never lasts long.

Neon,

You're going to want to go with an even bigger muffler, you're not going to be happy with that 50. It won't be a large enough difference. I'd say go with the 70 series.
