am i crazy????
I have made a V10 3500 a Cummins and a 2500 cummins and V10. That is more work then it is worth. You have to switch EVERTHING
Complete vehical wiring harness
fuel lines
fuel tank
springs on front end
engine
transmission or get a torque converter for a Cummins and reuse the V10 tranny (the two trannies are the same only torque converter is differant
gage cluster
all hoses
moter mounts on engine
front radiator support
air intake piping
battery tray
tranny lines
oil cooler lines
exhuast
accessories
starters
emissions crap
radiator
tranny cooler
A/C lines and dryer
A/C condinsor
But this can all be done and have one truck up and running in 24hrs Its be done, I know, first hand!!

I got to thinking too I think on the trucks without the V10 or Cummins in them you had to cut the moter mounts off and weld them on in a differant location but you will need to do some more researching on this it has been a while.

well i know it can be done but i dont have that kind of money even with tax season. so i've decided to take it to a performance shop in MN and have a 5.9 dropped in and some other goodies like stated above.
