2001 Ram 1500 real bad pull
Hey, I've got a 2001 ram 1500 ext cab 4x4 that's had a whole new front end put on it, upper lower ball joints both sides, all new tie rod ends, new stabilizer arm, new connecting links, new steering box, everything. The tow is 0 on the drivers front and 1/32" on the passengers front. yet the truck has an insatiable desire to go right. it's been re-aligned several times and still no better, i've had it to several different Dodge shops and they can't see anything wrong with it. Also, 3 days ago, the new steering box (put on 2 weeks prior) blew the gasket out the bottom and 2 of the moog links needed to be replaced (all where 2 weeks old).
What can be causing this truck to chew through these front end parts so fast and what could the cause of the truck always wanting to pull to the right? If the frame is twisted shouldn't the alignment machine pick that up? after all it does use very precise lasers and such to tell the machine exactly where the tires are..
thanks for the input and suggestions..

how are your front tires?.. i ask this because my truck pulled all day long to the right, and it turned out the be a big bulge in the tire. just my 2 cents.... good luck with the truck?
They're Cooper Discoverer ST 285 75R 16's. They where bought new a little over 1 month ago, they are wearing even too.. Also, I forgot to mention there are also new shocks and spring on the front as well, they are also 2 weeks old now..
I'm planning on doing a complete brake job this weekend (rotors calipers pads) so maybe that will fix it.
I really hope it's not the wheel bearings!!
Also, I've also just measured my two arms, nope.. They're the same [8D]

Take it for a short ride , then jump out and see if the right front wheel is hotter than the left. Maybe the caliper piston is stuck or the pins are stuck.
I'll go for a short drive in the morning, i guess another way would be to just check the air pressure in both before i leave and go for a good drive and check and see if one has more pressure than the other when i get back, they should both be the same with equal heat expansion to both i'd think unless like you said ones getting hotter than the other..
