code check engine problem

i have a 200 ram 1500 4x4 318 i have a hypertech power programmer 111 for this truck and after putting everything back to stock as far as the programming i got a check engine light and i pulled the code and it was a p0601 wich is a pcu fail issue, but the truck is running fine not sure what to do

Try disconnecting the neg. bat. cable for a few minutes and let the PCM reset itself.

well i tried the pos cable and let it sit for like 10 min and it went off then came right back on after the 2nd start
