Default 285 on off road 17s, any issues?

I have a 2001 Ram that appears to have the off road suspension package. It is not labeled as an off road, but seems to sit about 2 inches higher than other four wheel second gens. I am looking at going from 265 to 285 on the factory 17s. Has anyone had any issues with combo?

I see in your sig that you have a 5.2l motor. The offroad package only came with a 5.9, so unless it was swapped you either don't have the offroad package or you don't have a 5.2
