Managed to take the RH head off this weekend and confirmed the infamous crack between the valve seats. Didn't remove the intake valve, but sure the crack goes through the seat. Will be ordering the Hughes Iron Rams with valves & springs.

 

Christmas in July! Just ordered from Hughes: Iron Ram 1.92 heads, 0814 cam, timing chain set, plenum kit, 180 therm, and various Fel-Pro gaskets. Need exhaust system. Any recommendations?

 

reuse stock piping if it's 3". Just replace muffler and Cat.
