Spark Plug's, Wire's and cap & Rotor?
For the cap and rotor, any brass cap and rotor will do. I used a Berg & Warner (B&W) unit because thats what O'Reillys had.
For the wires, MSD is usually recommended. I grabbed a set of Autolite Professional wires because it was the best I could find locally, but if you are ordering them, the MSDs are good.

witch spark plug is better the auto lite's or the stock champion plug's? also would it be alrite for me to switch to sythetic oil truck is a 95 with 120,000 miles on it never really beaten on my dad had it since 96
Synthetic is easier on engine components and may help you squeeze slightly more gas mileage and power out of your truck. And you can go twice as long before changing it (compared to regular dino stuff).
Champion Truck plugs or Autolite 3923s for spark plugs is what I'd suggest. Next time I change plugs from these Iridiums, those are what I'm going to try.
