CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON
had it in a shop-tested and said o2 sensor bad
replaced it light comes and goes
stopped at auto zone
code said high voltage on o2 sensor?
any help?

There are two O2 sensors, one pre-cat, one post-cat. Did you replace both?

I WAS TOLD ONLY THE 1 NEED TO BE REPLACED

 

Did the CEL ever go off, or did it stay on even after the sensor was replaced?

If it never went off, try removing the terminals from the battery (reset the PCM), which will clear the codes. If it still comes back, I'm willing to bet either Autozone gave you a faulty sensor, or your other sensor is bad.

Oh, and please turn off your caps lock. Harder to read your posts when you do that, and in forums or chat rooms its the equivalent of yelling.

 

it went out after it was replaced and the codes cleared
then about a week later it came back
on and off after that.
autozone want me to replace the altenator now(jerks).
