Default steering creak

I have an odd sound coming from what sounds like the steering shaft. Every time I turn the wheel it creaks and makes a click. All U joints are new can anyone give me insight. Thanks.

sounds like the intermediate shaft. commonly replaced with a borgeson shaft.

read the article, it explains the clunk you feel, but not sure about the creaking.

The creeking you hear is dry ball jionts i see this alot in the seal non-greaseable type ball joints ( they all do it Ford Dodge Chevy) and you can ether poke a hole in the dust boot and try to pump the boot full of grease and hope it works it's way in and stops (this sometimes works), put up with the niose till they go plum out, My favorit due to me geting anyied by the sweeking little basage replace them both on that side and while your thier now is the perfect time to do some preventive maintainance and replace the u-jiont too.
