Loose Lugs...
I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4.
About 2 months ago, I'm driving down the road and someone pulls up beside me and tells me my left rear wheel is wobbling. I pull off, and look at the tires, and all the lugs were loose. With more inspection, I noticed all 4 tires were loose enough to be removed with a hand. They were put on by myself about a week before the incident.
After this incident, I began to use an impact wrench to put on the lugs, to make sure they were tight.
Just a week ago, I look at the tires, and the right front is missing a lug. I check the other lugs, and the Left front was loose as well, but both rear tires were as tight as could be.
Is this sabotage? Or some sort of problem with shaking in the truck knocking them loose? The impact wrench is set correctly for the truck.
Please respond with solutions to this problem.
Thanks.

Try using a Torque wrench. Maybe the impact wrench isn't getting them on tight enough. I have no idea though I just know I'd be using a torque wrench either after or instead of the impact wrench. I put mine on with a impact wrench with a torque stick then go and hand tighten them with a torque wrench.
