Default tranny damaged?

Hit a bad bump in the road which caused the column shift to drop out of drive into neutral. I tried to put back into drive, but hit another bump and accidentally put shift into reverse while going about 45 mph. Now tranny makes a "rubbing" noise which can be felt in park and at 40-55 and 70mph. Had a tranny guy drive vehicle, he says all is shifting good, but doesn't know what is causing the rubbing vibration. Does anyone know what damage might have been caused? The tranny was just rebuilt 14 months ago, and I'm hoping I don't have to do this again. 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 auto transmission (46re?)

basicly it had a neutral drop done on it so it could have cracked sone of the many moving parts inside the transmission. Autotragics/slip-o=matics hate being droped into any gear. Mabe a broken bushing.
