Default changed brakes now soft pedal

I changed my front pads and rotors this morning and now i can't get them to pump up. They will pump up when the truck is off but as soon as I crank it, the pedal goes away. Any suggestions?

Did you push any break fluid out of the resiviour when you compressed the calipers? I would double check the resiviour adn see if you need to add fluid.

That might help... but to be on the safe side of things... I would bleed your brakes. Start with the furtherst brake (rear passenger) and start workinging your way to the closest (front driver).
