ok this is it now think i figured out whats going on i went on a trip and when i arrived check engine light came on p0308 i rest the light check the 8 cylinder compression test plugs wire all ok then when i arrived back same code p0308 check everything was ok
then i drove my truck next day and it would not go anywhere my cat was clogged
toke the cat and gutted it out now the vehicle still back fires under load at accluration
and found our that the #8 injector is leaking caused the cat to go bad so it was a back injector that was causing all the problems all this time i hope that if other people with the same problem might help them out when i had miss fire #6 i changed the injector to the #8 to see if miss fire code will come up for #8 cylinder
