I installed the Hughs Plenum pan and gasket about a year and half ago in mine. I think my problem is more fuel related. I should know for sure in a couple of weeks after I am sure all the bad gas is gone. If not, I will try cooler plugs.

It is supposed to increase power at WOT, but I really can't tell that much difference with it. Maybe I just got used to it. I may try disconnecting it and resetting the computer and see if there is any difference.

Talon6, have you tried downloading and installing the mileage XS program? It says that it is only for the hemi, but I downloaded and actually installed it. I figured it would give me an error message but it didn't. It is not as powerful as the performance tune but the truck had more pep than with the 87 or towing tune. I didn't keep it on there long enough to check and see if it help the mpg's though, I missed the performance setting!

Honestly, I can't recommend it. It's not enough gain to justify $50 or whatever it costs now. On a different model truck you may get different results. I have read on the 4.7L engines it makes a big difference. But, I have also read on a forum that the guy who sells this product recommends resetting the computer every 500 miles or so to get the most benefit out of it.
