from the steering or suspension idk. but i hit all the grease points i could find(5) and water came out 3 but its still there , very loud when i turn the wheel back and forth and sometimes when you get in, i can make a video if needed

 

I had a loud squeak a while back when the truck moved that ended up being the driveshaft u-joints

 

Does it squeak all the time, just when you turn, or ... ?

From the sound of your post, it does it mostly only when you turn the wheel, especially at a stop/low speeds. When that happened to mine, turned out to be needing new u-joints.

 

Does it squeek while you are driving only or even at idle when turning the wheel?

 

Sounds like belt is stretched or idler pulley bearing is bad.Or the tensioner.

 

the ball joints are being replaced tommorow as i am told that is the problem and seeing the rubber surround is shreaded on them, getting both sides done for 650$ and a free brakes change(supposedly free) others were telling my dad its at least a 1000$ job

 

it squeaks when i turn and suspension goes up and down from jumping or bumps
