It's possible that there is a blockage form the master to that side, but unlikely.Just make sure there are no twists in the hose and that the caliper is sliding freely. You said you replaced the caliper, but did you replace the slides and the hardware?

I replaced everything. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. My buddy owns a parts shop and makes sure I do every last little detail ... and gives me "family" pricing to boot, lol. This has still cost me a small fortune.

I've noticed that it seems to be worse when the brakes are hot ... when I just went into town it seemed fine but by the time I got home and braked for my drive there was that pull,

I still think it's odd about the hose coming off the master cylinder to the left hose fitting and that the line for the right side T's off there.

Also found it very strange there was a breather line coming off the brake distribution block on the rear axle ... until I found out it was the rear axle breather that just went through the block, lol.

Mine did the SAME-thing, to the left when hot.
New rotors & calibers. It's the Brake-hose swelling
up on the right side caliber when pressure is applied.
Not horrible but, it would just grab 1st on the left side.
Replace it.

he's already replaced both front hoses, both calipers, pads, and turned rotors.
pulling to the left indicates the left is grabbing sooner, and the right is grabbing slower.

just another thought. could the right brake line running past the motor be getting hot, and affecting braking ? i'm not sure.

assuming you have not already flushed the system....
i'd disconnect the line between the left and right and blow it out with air to check for sludge or debris of some kind. then when you bleed them, bleed out all all the old fluid from the system. it'll probably take between 1-2 quarts of fluid.

lol. thanks dodge for gas tank/brake line junction.
just wait...
remove front diff and axles to change $5 seals.
remove gas tank again to change fuel pump/filter.
remove gas tank again to remove rear leafs.
remove entire dash to change heater core, ac evap, and cracked dash.
remove half the motor to replace stupid plenum.

Is it possible the brake master cylinder has a damaged seal or channel internally and he's not getting proper pressure to that caliper?

It's not plumbed that way. One line to the front left where the hose fitting has an orifice to T off to the right side. I flushed this thing after the install work, I seemed to have good pressure all the way around but may try blowing out the crossover line, maybe even just replace it.
