A lady broke my left tail light at the grocery store today. I was looking on Ebay for a replacement and keep running into "Except Sport" on all the parts I find, so what is the difference? My truck is a 98 QC Sport.

I wonder if its similar to the sport headlights, having two bulbs and a turn signal bulb?

 

The sport tail lights have a smooth trim that is painted to match the truck. The non sport ones have a rough texture to the trim and they have black trim no matter what color the truck is. So even if you have a black truck and change only one side they wont match because the non sport ones have a rough texture to them and the sport ones are smooth.

 

Thanks, that's what it looked like to me I just wasn't sure. My truck is black, but it looks like I need to find a sport tail light. Anyone have have a black left sport tail light for sale?
