My truck had 245/75/16's on it when I bought it. I've since put 285/75/16 size tires on it, but I haven't bought a full size spare yet, it's still a 245. Will a 285/75/16 size tire fit under the truck, with the hitch and all?

 

It should. I've heard the max you can fit is a 33" and I have a 305/70R16 which is basically a 33". I think it's 32.8" or something and it fits fine under there. Close but it's a perfect fit. I don't think you could go any bigger. I do have a dual exhaust though and that's what would stop mine from going bigger.
