The truck is running great! My wife already hates riding with me

I still haven't put on the headers yet. I've got a broken CTS I need to replace, and I may have to send the PCM back to B&G for a reflash. I'm getting a P0601 checksum failure. Don't know if this is being caused by the CTS or it's an actual internal fault; however, it does not seem to be affecting the truck's performance.
