Mine look like the 2wd version but they have the bolts also.

There just under 4in deep with alittle less than an inch recess for the spring to to sit, So Figure it would be roughly a 3in lift

Yea they do, too bad they done give measurements or I could check to see just how much of a lift I have, Im think there 3" but site only list 2" for largest... And when I got them I was told 3".. so who knows.. lol

I only see them for 1/2 tons. I have a 3/4 4x2. I thought i could try diesel springs but no one sells springs except dealer. I need a vin to get them. my guy at the dealer dont want to be helpful.
