hey guys i am thinking about trading my sandrail for a 98 1500 with 137k miles on it. the seller says it needs a trans and in his exact words he says."transmission is slipping after 2nd gear (not all the time) and wont downshift to pass a vehicle" does this sound like the governor soleniod issue or somthing internal? it is a nice truck and would be worth trading if only needs a 200-300 dollar fix but 2-3 grand is a different story. sorry i don't have more info as i have not actually drove the truck myself. and thank you in advance for any input
