Default asphalt/tar on paint

I was driving on a freshly paved road the other day. When I got home I noticed that I had little specks of tar and asphalt on the paint from where the tires picked it up and threw it off. Is there anything that I can use to get it off that won't ruin the paint.

There is a chemical called pro-sol. It may be hard to find, but it works wonders...
