the boards in the tail lights that your light bulbs plug into.

edit.and to add,when i bought them the salesman told me that they sell alot of them.

Well after a week of trying to figure this thing out I finally got it to work.

Turns out that the flasher I replaced was also bad. I brought it back to AutoZone and they replaced it and now I have hazards and turn signals again.

Man do I feel stupid.

glad you got it fixed. i hate it when it seems there is gremlins living with in.
