Ive turbo'd a saturn before but never a V8. are there any parts like manifolds i could buy. Any places to get parts would be great. The less one off things i need to make the better.

Im also trying to figure out what size turbo i need. I'm looking to spool up around 2500 rpm. no later than 3000

 

try the setup off of the cummins at least as far as the HX-40 and intercooler...

also i think you can just turn around the manifold so that they face forward.

also try searching youtube for Turbo 318/360 build, a guy has posted most of his experience with it. the thing hauls ***!

 

yeah ive seen his videos but they dont go too into depth about his setup. It looks like ill have to do everything myself, damn.
