Default Where can I find this intake?

I read a thread on here a while back about getting higher HP out of these Rams, and someone posted this image as an example for an intake:

I'm trying to figure out where I can get these parts or if its a production kit or something. The filters kinda look like the Spectre filters Autozone/Oreillys carry, but I have no idea about the tubing coming off the throttle body or the tubing coming off the filters that attach to the foglight holes.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get this? It seems like a pretty good setup that would really get cold air and might be a bit cheaper than a Volant/K&N.

check ebay. there are alot of intakes on there. i would be careful with setup because mud and water are not a engines friend when they get sucked up.

I think the routing of the tubing eliminates most of the possibility for mud/water through the foglight holes, and I don't go mudding. The only other possibility would be water dropping directly on the filter, which would be somewhat close to the same risk as one of those round air cleaners.

I've checked Ebay before for intakes, and most of the time, I see cheap knock offs of the K&Ns or used K&N/Volants; I dont think I've seen one of these on Ebay before.

+1 on ramairbox.com

that version you posted trey is a bastardized ram air box. I would imagine it would pull more hot air from the engine than it gets from the ends of the filters touching the tubes.

this might be marginally better than a round A/C setup, but the cost difference probably far exceeds the gains.

I agree with squirrels. He will be sucking in more air from the engine compartment than anything. Might as well just have a K&N CAI, or one of those cheap knock-offs from eBay. Better yet, the round A/C setup.

A true ram air or true CAI will be enclosed, either like my setup (Volant), or like that link I posted.

Yea, I knew the Volants worked pretty good. The K&Ns are a load of bull, all you are getting is more surface area to suck air from.

I remember someone mentioning the Ram Air Box a while back, but I forgot the name. I recently saw a C10 on Sporttruck Magazine with an intake setup similar to that, but was handbuilt at home and had some mandrel bent tubing routed from the plenum to the K&N cone filters in the frontend.

Had I known they were just Spectre filters I woulda thought it was BS from the start, because as far as I know that guy just has the plastic tubing for looks, because those filters are capped at the other end.

Thanks for the posts guys. I might just consider either a Mopar air cleaner or a Ram Air Box. I'll justlook into it more.
