My 3500 v-10 idles very rough and rich when started up but i can floor it and clear it's throat and it is ok especially after it has warmed up a couple of minutes, possible plentum or any idears?

 

I'm still just a newby here, but I recently had the same problem with my 99 2500 V10 Ram. I pulled a couple of the plugs to look at them and they looked good. Since I had never put any new plugs in it I decided that would be a good place to start. To my surprize the new spark plugs was all it took to fix the problem. It idles smooth and runs great again!
