360 1500 exhaust straight pipe
im straight piping my 360 before i get a muffler just for comparison. im guessing a straight pipe will be loud so thats really not the way i want to go. if i get a pipe with an "s" pipe in it or some bends will it quiet it down to just audible in the cab. i dont want it to sound loud when im driving down the highway at 70mph.
s pipe? I think you should look into the o pipe http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...&products_id=3 Hook that up after that cat and you'll be good to go LOL

Actually I thought it was pretty funny considering your question is rather dumb LOL. Anyway, let me get this straight. You to straightpipe your truck... but yet you want to put a muffler in afterwards? You want to do straight pipes to hear the sound, and you know it is going to be loud (you said that) and also said thats not what you want...... so why would you. If you want to hear how loud it is, go to youtube and check it out. Creating bends isn't going to make it quieter, which also defeats the purpose of "straight pipes." If your throwing a muffler on, then why do you need to worry about the loudness in the cab. Just throw a flowmaster 50 on and be happy. Gives you some good sound down low speed, and not much up high. (for when your doing 70)

straight pipes really arent bad when yer cruising, i cant hear mine at 75 when im cruising, cuz you are just barely on the throttle. Straight pipes are only loud when you put yer foot in it. Tho i have 2.5" piping so i guess if you had smaller piping than that it would be louder at idle.

im very satisfied with the sound inside my cab, the only time i can really hear it is when i get down on it or have windows down
