I'm only gonna be running 6 pounds of boost for now, I don't have an intercooler yet. So its not an issue.

o ok, see if you can get a intercooler off of a cummins. that way it will bolt up, then just rig the piping

good idea. my mechanic actually has an intercooler for a 2nd gen dodge just laying around his shop. I thought about buying it but I'll have to figure out a custom set up for the piping because it wouldn't match up at all with the current setup.

true, but i'm sure any performance shop should do it for under $150 especially if you already have the intercooler and it mounts right up.

intercooler is good .... some think nearly essential

E85 fuel is good

J&S Safeguard ignition module is well worth knowing about

already cracked Magnum cylinder heads will grow deeper cracks with a supercharger stressing them. when the crack is deep enough it will let coolant into the cylinder and can even hydrolock one with really bad results

thanks Hank! I just had a compression test done and I have 6 cylinders at 150, another at 145, and the worst is just shy of 140. I think that means the heads are good, but let me know what you think. Thanks for the heads up on the J&S, I'll have to consider it more seriously when i'm not broke again.

as far as I understand it I'm well within tollerance and really only need to get worried when they get close to 110. but hey, i could be wrong.
no they were on different sides, and the heads i'd replace mine with would be more like $1200. :-)

sorry dude, but i'm lost. what sucks? my heads are good to go. If I HAD to replace them it would cost $1200, but I have no intention of doing so.
I'm psyched too. Waiting on the injectors still and my new program before I begin. I was actually hoping I could do it this weekend but thats not going to happen.
