give me a couple months and i will let you know how a custum tune does in comparison. i wish christmas wasnt so close cause i would just order the sct now.

and i agree, the more mods you do the less than canned tune will benefit performance.

Aren't they supposed to work at first until your truck gets used to it? Therefore only testing it for a short time would pretty much make it seem like it worked well when in reality it may not.

i didnt get anywhere close to the 45hp claimed.i am thinking more like 20-25hp.just a guess, donnt have a dyno or anything.

the 3815 netted me the biggest hp gains on the butt dyno, compared to anything else i have did.

yea I just wonder if my exhaust would hinder it any way and my intake...from what I read it is best if you plan on stock condition motor...I've already changed my intake and minor exhaust but I plan on swapping out the tb and long tubes to either straight pipe or flowmaster super 44....hmm choices!

They say on their website that the Flashpaq will work just fine with other mods. They specifically list headers, a CAI (as long as stock MAF sensor is used), and a cat back system.

Basically, it is designed for a stock motor, so the more you do to the engine, the Flashpaq can't take full advantage of it. It doesn't necessarily mean it'll hurt it at all or that it won't work.
