Default follow up on problem need everyones help!

Yesturday I started my ram2500 V10 and had a great loss of power from a dead stop. also GEN light came on tested Alt. at Autozone not charging. got new Alt and installed it no change Gen light on. took it out and returned to Autozone had first Alt and new Alt bench tested. Old Alt failed and the new one passed. got help yesturday here on the forum. I was told ECM is Bad. Today reinstalled the Alt and drove to Autozone and had them check the codes. they are as follows

0757 witch is
Definition: 2-3 shift solenoid valve performance.
Explanation: ECM has detected an open orshorted condition on the shift solenoid circuit.
Probable Causes:
1. shift solanoid failure-repair other codes first
2. open or short circuit condition.
3. Internal transmission failures.

1765 witch is
Definition: Transmission 12 v supply relay controlo fault.
Explanation: ECM detected the voltage on the trans relay circuit was different then expected.
Probable Causes:
1. Relay defected
2. open or shorted circuit condition
3. Ecm Defective.

My Question to you is. Does everyone think #3 of code 1765 ECM Defective is correct?

remember alt pass bench test but does not work in truck. I just dont want to spend alot of money and not fix the problem!! Thanks again.

Well, it's the one thing that explains both problems, right?

Is the quality of transmission shifting in question?

This is just an opinion so take it for that, but I have had VERY bad luck with electrical components from Autozone. Alts, sensors, you name it.
