The first thing I would do is take off the new rotor on the left side and hose it (and the pads) down really well with brake cleaner. I've had that happen when I didn't get all the oil residue off of the new rotor, and cleaning them solved.

+1... but I wouldn't take everythign apart. I would pull the tires off, and spray everything while it is assembled. Less chance of getting more oil all over it.

Good Luck,

Let them break in a while if they are brand new, like suggested above take the wheels off and spray everything down .If either of those things doesn't work, try bleeding them again. But I bet it's just the oil residue on the rotor as stated above.

also while u had it apart did u grease up the slides in the caliper, and put a lil grease in the rubber boots?also did u clean any rust or gunk off the bolts befor u put them back in? if one of the sides are sticking that could cause it to be a bit more grabby than the other side
