Default Dashboard covers anybody have them and pics

Has any body bought the dash board cover that cover the cracks in the dash. I read some of the dash board thread and the best fix seems to be the covers that slip over the org dash. I wanted to know if any one had bought and use them and could see some pics. My dash is not to bad but you can pick a peace out with the vip number on it and i can see it now a cop pulling me over and thinking the truck stolen. Thanks

I don't have one in my Ram - but I used to have one in my car. The dash was light gray and it reflected sunlight on the windshield really bad at times. I got a dark gray dash mat... and it helped significantly with glare.

My main complaint was getting the damn thing in there so that it didn't interfere with the defrost vents... It took a while because it was shipped in a tube... and took a few weeks in the sun laying on the dash to "unroll".

Hope that helps,
Cartman

The Vin number isn't on that top piece. I worried about that replacing my dash about how I'd swap vin numbers but it it's not on that top piece that you replace. I'm not sure if the cover would hold that piece down so it didn't look cracked or not.
