Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, but believe that is the A/C accumulator.

Your first question was why is antifreeze coming out of it. to begin with there is no way antifreeze can be coming out of it for it is in no way connected to the cooling system. The water you see is condisation from the act of the a/c cooling the cab of the truck if the a/c is working and its normal for it to do that. Now if it starts to freeze it then you need to service the a/c unit tboss

Unless someone put dye into the A/C and now you can see your leak

I apologize for my ignorance. The truck is leaking antifreeze on the ground near the bell housing. It looked like that part was leaking. I also saw antifreeze on my air cleaner. I'm grasping at straws here but I really need the help. I haven't run the truck since I saw this a week ago.

Near the bell housing?

The only thing that I can think of is somehow in an incredibly unlikely event your radiator is leaking into your transmission cooler... That however wont explain the leak.

I'm at a loss for this one mate.

Wait, I just thought of something. You said you saw coolant on your air cleaner? How much? The heatercore is right there. You could have a leaky hose/ core line and it could be squirting antifreeze into the engine bay while your heater is one.

Go check those lines.

heater hose might be leaking. passenger side firewall.
water pump might be leaking around the pulley shaft, and slinging coolant everywhere.
