Default DTC: P0720 Speed Sensor

On my 99 Ram, 5.9l 360, my Check Engine light came on and I pulled the trouble code: P0720. This is the Output Shaft Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction. Where can I find this sensors location?

there are 2 places it could be, one is on the rear differential on the top and the other is on the tranny, not sure where. I had to replace the one on my rear diff last month but my symptoms were no speedo, abs light and brake lights were on.
