Default I love my truck.

It's been a while since I posted on here, but figured I would with some pictures as to what's up with the truck.

The only thing new is the tool box. It does have some damage on it, but I got it for super cheap from Home Depot because of that. It's a contractor series, which is great because I can put all my work stuff in it.

I also love how the interior allows me to move my storage trays up above my speakers rather then right on top of them, allowing me to give myself even more storage between them, as well as in the trays. And, all the room under the seats for equipment too.

I really wish I had an 8 foot bed, but with two side mount tool boxes in the near future, as well as a ladder/lumber rack, I think the truck will serve it's purpose.

Gas mileage update: For those that may remember my thread saying how good my truck does, it still does. My highest being 20 (unloaded, completely freeway driving going 60). With the truck as loaded as it is right now, I get 17. With most of the equipment out, I get just under 18, sometimes a little more. That is with 255/85-R16's, aluminum wheels, synthetic oil, and premium gasoline. It is currently getting better mileage then my Ranger, as the mini truck is not running right.

I have been very happy with my ugly monster, and as of right now, I don't see it leaving my driveway. The ONLY way it will is if I can find a really good deal on a first gen Toyota Tundra, as I've been eying them since they first came out.

Anyway, as promised, here are pictures:

I have plans of buying 31's in early November to replace my balding tires, and after that, a complete tuneup, and another oil change (I put 7000 miles on it within the last 3 months). In the near future, it will be getting the ladder rack and tool boxes, and the distant future will hold the new front bumper.

Anyway, that's it.

Those trays in the back of the cab are great. Is that a factory option?

The trays were standard on regular cabs. I think they came with two trays and a stretchy net to hold things in place. Mine were missing when I got it and a trip to the junk yard took care of that. I got four trays and two nets for ten or fifteen bucks.
