This is not an advertisement, but an FYI for those of you who have multiple relayed devices. I bought this little guy to use in my truck. http://www.xoxide.com/logisys-4channel-rckit.html I've got two pairs of HID driving lights and I don't want to have switches all over my interior. So I'm using a single master switch to activate this remote relay box, then using the box to drive individual relays.
Regardless, the range on this thing is AMAZING! I walked down to the end of my street, which is about 450 yards from my truck.
Without extending the antenna it STILL WORKED! I am honestly astounded.
I'm thinking there is a certain point that I will get to where even if I extend the antenna, it wont work. But seriously, I was expecting like a 40 foot range on this thing. Not a fricken 1/4 mile!
