4.10 or 4.56s

I think it depends all upon what kind of driving you do mostly with the truck. From an economic standpoint, 4.10s would make the most sense. When I was running 35" tires, I had 4.10 gearing. The truck easily could spin the tires, had tons of power, and ran at about 2100 rpms going 70mph on the highway. To me, if this truck is primarily a daily driver, I think 4.56 could possibly be too much as well. It's going to be louder going down the highway with those higher rpms, and the fuel mileage will suck. But, if you don't really highway drive and it's more of a toy for you, then sure, go with the 4.56s. All I can say is that even when I downgraded from 35" tires to 285/70/17 tires, I felt very little differance in power gains, almost discouraging how similar it feels to when I had 35" tires. That's my two cents.
