Default additional lift

Hey everyone, I was just wondering, right now I have 2.5 inches of lift in the front and 1.5 or 2 inches in the rear, not sure exactly how much it added, what else would I have to get if I could get springs to add an additional 3 inches of lift and blocks to add an additional 3 to the rear also making 5.5 inches in the front and 4.5 or 5 in the rear? I have a friend who has the springs and block but not the rest of the kit, so I need to know what else I need to get to complete the kit.

p.s. of course this is coming after I fix my axle.

-New control arms up front for starters.
-Shocks Front and Rear
-New trackbar w/relocation bracket or an adjustable track bar.
-Some way to drop the front sway bar, or to just remove it altogether.
-Possibly longer brake lines.
-And, depdending on how high the front actually is and your truck, you may need to clock the t-case or get a high angle front shaft to prevent binding.
-New longer U-bolts for the rear

I think thats about it.
